• While every effort has been made to make our catalogue and web site accurate, there are sometimes variations in colour or packaging, which is outside our control.
• All goods remain the property of Jolly Wodgers Limited until paid for in full with no exceptions.
• All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.
• Cheques should be made payable to: Jolly Wodgers Ltd.
• All orders over £150.00 +VAT are delivered free of charge via our own drivers— or utilising the initial citylink network.
• All orders below £150.00 ÷ VAT will be subject to a £8.00 +VAT additional charge.
• Orders required next day before 12 will be subject to an additional £12.00 Charge.
• For a Saturday (before 12 only) service, orders will be subjected to an additional £12.00 per parcel.
• For next day delivery we request that orders are received no later than 1500 hrs — we cannot guarantee next day delivery on orders received after this time.
• No liability accepted by Jolly Wodgers Limited for failure to notify non-delivery of goods within 14 days of invoice date.
• Goods to be signed unchecked if delivered by carriers.
• All prices correct at time of going to press.
• We reserve the right to adjust prices to cover increases/ decreases in cost.
• All products are subject to availability.
• We reserve the right to amend any product price, design, specification, appearance or colour without prior notice.

Halloween Special Terms & Conditions (in addition to above)

• For Halloween orders (only) in excess of £500 we are offering a settlement discount of 5% if you pay on delivery.
• Small orders are welcome but do not qualify for either discount or extended credit (if agreed).
• The goods you order will be reserved and delivered as per instructions received at time of ordering.
• Orders received earliest will get priority if stocks run short.

Returns

• Receipt of damaged and/or faulty goods and/or shortage in delivery must be notified to Jolly Wodgers Ltd initially by phone and within 7 days of receipt of the goods at the location designated by the buyer.
• A credit note will only be issued for such items if we are notified within the timescale.
• Credits only to be issued when faulty goods are received at Jolly Wodgers Ltd.
• No returns on goods opened or used or with customer price label.
• No returns on any goods damaged in transport to Jolly Wodgers Ltd.
• Postage on returns to be paid for by the sender unless otherwise agreed.
• Strictly no sale or return.

Payment

• No payments are accepted via the web.
• Cheques, online payment and credit for those customers who have credit accounts with Jolly Wodgers Ltd.

Interest charges

• An interest charge of 5% per month will be made on All accounts overdue for payment, calculated on a daily basis.

Title to Goods

• Jolly Wodgers Ltd and the buyer expressly agree that until Jolly Wodgers Ltd has been paid in full for the goods supplied, the goods shall remain the property of Jolly Wodgers Ltd although the risk therein passes to the buyer at the point where the delivery is made.
• The goods shall remain our sole and absolute property, as legal and equitable owners, until such time as they are paid for in full, together with the full price of any other goods subject to any other contract with us.
• We may for the purpose of recovery of our goods, enter upon any premises where they are reasonably thought to be stored, and repossess them.  Until such time as you have paid for the goods, you will store them in your premises separately from your own goods or those of any other person and in the manner in which makes them readily identifiable at all times as our goods. 
• You are licensed by Jolly Wodgers Ltd to agree to sell-on the goods subject to the express condition that the entire proceeds thereof are held in trust for us and are not mingled with other monies or are paid into any over-drawn bank account and shall be identifiable at all times as our monies.
•  If our goods are admixed with your goods or any other suppliers’ goods, or are processed with or incorporated therein, the product therefore shall become and shall be deemed to be the sole and exclusive property of Jolly Wodgers Ltd.
• In the case of liquidation or receivership of the buyer’s business, where Jolly Wodgers Ltd are still owed monies, agents of Jolly Wodgers Ltd shall be entitled to enter upon any premises where goods which remain unpaid for are stored, or where they are reasonably thought to be stored and repossess them without any restrictions from any appointed receiver or liquidator of the assets owned by the buyer.

Delivery

• All items that are in stock should be dispatched within 2 working days, although most items will be dispatched next day if ordered before 1500hrs. If delivery will take longer due to items not being in stock you will be notified by email. Currently we are only able to deliver within the UK. Orders placed by customers outside the UK will either have the option to accept postage charges, or will be entitled to a full refund.

Privacy Notice

• We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
• We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
• We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
• We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.
• The type of information we will collect about you includes: your names, address, email address.
• We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
• The information we hold will be accurate and up to date.
• You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us.
• If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
• The personal information that we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
• If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
• We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site, which can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser.
• You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening.
• The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

The Data Protection Act For non-limited companies (i.e.: individual traders):

• We will make searches about you at credit reference agencies who will supply us with credit information, as well as information from the Electoral register.
• The agencies will record details of the search whether or not this application proceeds.
• We reserve the right to repeat this process after any given period of time, as we see fit.
• We may use credit-scoring methods to assess this application and to verify your identity.
• Jolly Wodgers Ltd may use credit searches and other information that is provided to us and/or the credit reference agencies, about you and those with whom you are linked financially and may be used by Jolly Wodgers Ltd and other companies if credit decisions are made about you, or other members of your household. 
• This information may also be used for debt tracing and the prevention of money laundering as well as the management of your account.
• Furthermore, Jolly Wodgers Ltd will store customer information and credit information and credit information may be shared for monitoring and administration purposes.

We agree to be bound by these conditions of Sale and also agree that all accounts will be paid by cheque, credit card or online payment on the day upon which they are stated to be due and payable.
